This year, we are hosting a brand-new autumn flower event. The Kochia, which changes color with time, and the Cosmos, swaying in the wind, will brighten the flower hills under the clear autumn sky. As winter approaches, enjoy a heartwarming day in the flower fields, painted in the colors of autumn.

Here at Flower Village Kamu no Sato, seeped in a variety of flower colors depending on the season, this year we have a new addition, called “The Colors of Autumn.” Visitors can enjoy the transition of colors over the passage of time from summer to autumn, here in this field where we’ve planted approximately 3,000 kochias. Your heart will surely be warmed by the sight of these adorable kochias, with their beautiful gradations created entirely by the miracle of nature.

The cosmos, a flower which represents autumn, makes an appearance here at Flower Village Kamu no Sato. Enjoy them together with the kochias as they transition into their autumn colors. At the flower-picking field you can choose your favorite cosmos for ¥50 per flower.
*Flower-picking will begin pending the blooming of the flowers and their condition.

A bed of colors, spun into an expansive carpet of flowersAutumn Patchwork
This field features colorful flowers, such as the silver cock’s comb, scarlet sage, zinnia, and coleus, arranged in a patchwork pattern.
A “carpet of flowers,” which expands before the eyes in a blending of 12 autumn colors. You will surely be mesmerized by this photogenic sight.

A recommended item is “Oroshi Bukkake Niku Udon <cold> <hot>.” Served with daikon oroshi (grated daikon radish), this is a refreshingly enjoyable dish. A delicious item that can of course be enjoyed in summer, but also in autumn as well.
