For Visitors with Small Children<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We offer free stroller rentals (10 B-type strollers), available on a first-come, first-served basis (no reservations).
Nursing rooms are available (inside the Flower Caf\u00e9 and next to the central restroom), as well as diaper changing stations (in the nursing rooms).
Child seats and children\u2019s tableware are available at the Farm Restaurant and Flower Caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Visitors with Disabilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Free wheelchair rentals (10 units) are available near the entrance\/exit. These are also first-come, first-served (no reservations).
Accessible restrooms are located at the central restroom in the park. Main paths in the park are paved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Visitors with Pets<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Pets are welcome to enter the park. (Please refrain from bringing them inside restaurants and shops. However, terrace seating is pet-friendly.)

Use of Nursing Rooms, Diaper Changing Stations, and Changing Rooms<\/strong>
We provide one nursing room and one diaper changing station inside the Flower Caf\u00e9, and another set next to the central restroom. Each room is approximately 2.5 tatami mats in size. To use these facilities, please ask a staff member at the Flower Caf\u00e9 or Forest Shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Changing rooms are also available for use if reserved in advance. Please make a reservation via the online form<\/a> or by phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If space is available, same-day use without a reservation is also possible.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Important Notes on Use<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • During peak seasons such as Golden Week and Obon, we may not be able to accept reservations. Thank you for your understanding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Regardless of the reason, if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your reservation time, priority will be given to other guests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The changing room at Sera Kogen Farm also serves as a nursing room. If not reserved, it may be used for nursing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If there are overlapping reservations, you may not be able to use the room at your desired time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Please speak to a staff member before use, sign the usage form, and pay the fee in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Eating, smoking, use of fire-hazardous items, and bringing pets (excluding assistance dogs) are not allowed in the changing room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Guests are responsible for security within the changing room. Please lock the door when leaving and take care of valuables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Please take your trash with you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • As this room is shared with a nursing facility, please be considerate of other users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • After use, return the key to either the Forest Shop or Rose Shop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A lost key will incur a replacement fee of \u00a55,000.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    In spring, this shop offers popular boxed sweets such as manju and cookies\u2014perfect for souvenirs. In summer, it becomes a workshop space where visitors can try activities like painting wind chimes. In autumn, it transforms into a photo gallery displaying entries from past photo contests. (Local specialty products are available at the Flower Shop.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
