A hill in western Japan with the first morning glories, the Sera Plateau in summer is colored anew, into a sky-blue field of flowers. Approximately 140,000 Heavenly Blue (western variety of morning glories) spread across the entire hill, harmonizing with the refreshing highland breeze. In addition, approximately 8,000 marigolds will also go into bloom, adding more color.
