Route from Sanyo way (Hiroshima)
This route leads from the Sanyo Expressway via the Kochi IC. The route will take approximately 50 minutes. Along the way, there are several intersections without traffic lights. Please drive cautiously, as this route is gently smooth and can easily lead to speeding. There is one convenience store (a Seven-Eleven) along the way.
Route from Onomichi (Sera IC)
This route leads from the Onomichi Expressway and Matsue Expressway via the Sera IC. From the Sera IC, this route takes about 20 minutes. Please be aware that there are no convenience stores or gas stations along this route. Immediately after exiting Sera IC you will see Roadside Station Sera.
Route from Miyoshi / Shobara / Matsue
This route leads from the Onomichi Expressway and Matsue Expressway via the Kisa IC. This route travels via National Route 184 and Prefectural Road Route 56, covers a distance of approximately 20 km, and takes about 30 minutes.
If you are using Google Maps or your car navigation system and select “Hana no Mori” as your destination, you may be directed to a route using narrow mountain roads. “Hana no Mori” is located about 5 minutes by car from “Sera Kogen Farm.” If you select “Sera Kogen Farm” as your destination and proceed accordingly, along the way you will see a sign pointing the way toward “Hana no Mori,” so please follow those directions and proceed.
If you are traveling by public transportation
Guests may use public transportation all the way inside Sera-cho. However, to reach Sera Kogen Park, guests need to use shuttle buses, taxis (15~20 minutes), and rental cars. There are also “Sera Kogen Flower Touring Bus” available for a limited time.
