About Facility Use
infoFor Visitors with Small Children
We provide a nursing room (next to the restroom building) and diaper changing stations (one inside the women’s restroom and one inside the nursing room). Strollers (5 units) are also available for rental near the ticket booth.
For Visitors with Physical Disabilities
Free rental of wheelchairs (4 units) and walking aids (2 units) is available near the ticket booth. (First-come, first-served; reservations are not accepted.) Accessible restrooms are also available.
For Visitors with Pets
Pets are allowed to enter the park. (Please refrain from bringing them inside restaurants and shops. However, terrace seating is pet-friendly.)
Please keep your pet on a leash and observe proper manners while walking.
About Use of Nursing Room, Diaper Changing Station, and Changing Room
Baby CareWe have two nursing rooms and one diaper changing station available. Each room is about 2.5 tatami mats in size. Please speak to the staff at Sora no Kitchen before use.
With advance reservation, the nursing rooms can also be used as changing rooms.
Reservations can be made via online form or by phone. If space is available, same-day use without reservation is also possible.
About Use of Changing Room
Changing RoomFee: 300 yen per 30 minutes
Available Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Important Notes Regarding Use
- Please note that we may decline reservations during peak periods such as Golden Week and Obon.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be forfeited in favor of another guest.
- The changing rooms at Sera Kogen Farm are also used as nursing rooms. When not reserved, they may be used for nursing purposes.
- If there are overlapping reservations, your preferred time may not be available.
- Please speak to staff before using the room, complete the application form, and pay the fee in advance.
- Please refrain from eating, smoking, using flammable items, or entering with pets (except assistance dogs) inside the changing room.
- You are responsible for your own belongings. Lock the door when leaving and be mindful of valuables.
- Please take your trash with you.
- As the space is shared with the nursing room, please be considerate of other guests.
- Please return the key to either the Forest Shop or Rose Shop after use.
- If the key is lost, a replacement fee of 5,000 yen will be charged.
