Eight years have passed since English roses were planted in the Hana no Mori located at an elevation of 540 meters. Under the blue sky of early summer, 7,200 roses of 150 varieties and 2,000 native plants of 200 varieties bloom and present themselves.

This is a hidden “secret” spaceThe rose curl
This is an enchanting photo spot in which you are surrounded at 360°by roses. While you sit on a swing, you are gently enveloped by the roses swaying in the wind, giving you the sense that you are talking together.

The relaxing welcome gardenSora no Hakoniwa
In the undulating garden, you are welcome by gorgeous English roses in full bloom.
There is also an area where you can relax on a bench while listening to the murmuring of the “Sora no Izumi.” Enjoy the aroma of roses drifting in the breeze of early summer.

English rose exhibition gardenBlooming rose area
Exhibition garden in which approximately 50 varieties of English Rose are planted. Enjoy each of these types of English Rose, discovering differences in their color, shape, aroma, petals, and leaves, etc.
Aroma mist experience
How would you like to make a unique aroma mist for yourself by combining your favorite scents? Our lineup includes damask rose scents, citrus scents, and luxurious oriental aromas.

Popular souvenir products include rose sweets, Sera wine, and honey. Original Hana-no-Mori merchandise and gorgeously scented rose bath goods, as well as cosmetic sundries are available.

Sora no Kitchen
The ”Hana no mori pizza” is made from mozzarella cheese from Gelato Kobo Donna, and rosemary cultivated domestically. If you top the pizza with Sera honey (for an extra fee), it gives it a pleasant sweet and sour taste. We recommend the “Hana no mori Crepe” made with seasonal fruits or our refreshing “Rose Soda for dessert.

Talk show with Jun Funayama and Makoto Hiraoka
-The charm of garden tourism that connects people and flowers-
May 25th (Sat) May 26th (Sun)
[45th Anniversary Project] A luxurious talk show lasting two hours (admission is free). Hiraoka-san will introduce you to the charms of gardening life with a love for flowers, and flower tour trips in an enjoyable way. Hiraoka-san shall also be selling English roses and perennial plants.
Send yourself a bouquet of flowersRose Marche
Have florist Aiko Sauser create a beautiful bouquet for you out of the roses you choose (from 1200 yen). You can also experience arranging the roses yourself. Surprise bouquets are also available, where the bouquet is ordered in advance and delivered at a specified time!

Look before you buyGarden fair
We are selling recommended perennial plants and English roses that bloom within the garden. You can purchase the flowers you actually see blossoming so think about ‘”How should I plant it at home?’ when choosing them. Feel free to ask us for information on how to cultivate them. Sealing in the fragranceMoist Potpourri Experience
Experience producing potpourri with roses and rosemary grown in Hana no Mori. This is made by layering fresh flowers and salt, and allowing them to mature slowly at home for about a month. The fragrance lasts for a long time.
